your first visit

To ensure that your first visit to our practice goes smoothly, we have put together some important information for you here. Please take the time to read them carefully. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us in time.

Appointments and punctuality

Our practice is organized as an appointment practice. Please be on time!

Shouldn't you 10 minutes in front of yours If you are present at the appointment, your appointment has expired.

This is necessary in order not to interfere with the treatment of the following patients.
If you do not show up without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

What do I have to bring?

In order to make your first visit to us as effective as possible, we ask that you bring the following documents with you:
  • your current medication schedule
  • Doctor's letters, laboratory findings, CT/MRT findings. Please note that we will scan these documents to include them in our files and then return them.
  • If you have been referred to us by another doctor, please bring the referral slip with you, which states the specific question to us.
  • Be sure to remember your insurance card.

It is very important for us to know your medical history and current complaints in order to offer you the best possible treatment.

What else should I consider?

Fill out the treatment contract (only private patients and self-payers)
We ask patients who have booked a video consultation to treatment contract sent to us immediately after the online appointment booking. Private patients and self-payers who come to our practice are welcome to fill out the treatment contract on site.

Plan waiting times
It can always happen that there are longer waiting times due to examinations or acute emergencies. We ask for your understanding and to take this into account when you visit our practice. Please bear in mind that you too would like your doctor to take enough time for you in urgent cases.

It may happen that patients who came to the practice after you are called before you. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as an emergency or a more complex medical situation. We ask for your understanding for this eventuality and thank you in advance for your patience.
